FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We price by the job rather than by the hour. Due to years of experience, we have learned to give appropriate pricing with the needed information, so that you can be assured your prices won't change at the end. This enables us to give you an exact price from the beginning, which doesn't change unless you choose to add an extensive amount to the original scope of the project.

We also provide package discounts for multiple pieces booked at once, frequent client discounts, as well as discounts for public non-profit locations.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Agree on price with client (affordable and fixed rate per job).
2. Discuss dates and times available for painting.
3. Ensure I am the right artist or team for your new creation.
4. Collect 50% retainer supply deposit to secure your work dates and begin detailed design work.
5. I then create sample sketches and rough ideas Photoshopped onto your space, to ensure we're on the same page, and that you have the best design and plan in place before ever beginning on your project.
6. Complete the job, on average within 1-4 days, depending on the size and detail.
7. Collect 50% remaining balance at the completion of the job, on site.

*** We do accept debit, credit card, online invoicing and PayPal for all deposits, as well as cash, money order, or reputable company check for the balance.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all types of customers, from individuals and families to businesses, schools, municipalities, and large corporations. We pride ourselves in confidentiality and being discreet for those we work with, as we work with many well-known, celebrity clients, such as producers, professional athletes, award-winning musicians and actors, ambassadors, and many projects requiring an NDA.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We would advise any customer to get to know the artist. Be sure you are secure with the artist's methods, and that your personalities click. Also be sure that the artist is well-experienced in doing the type of art you're acquiring about. For example, if you need a muralist, this experience is necessary, as the large scope of the project requires different methods and scale needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

  • What is your projected deadline?

  • Are you willing to hire and secure work dates soon?

  • What would you like created? (Be sure to have an idea or a general direction and space in order to get more accurate quotes and to find the artist who best suits your needs.)

  • What is your budget?
